1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or visiting the Aura Vision retail store located at Shop No. 14, Ground Floor, Phoenix Marketcity, LBS Marg, Kurla West, Mumbai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access our services or purchase our products.

2. Products and Optical Services

Aura Vision provides a range of prescription glasses, sunglasses, and optometry services. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

• For prescription eyewear, customers must provide a valid and current prescription from a certified optometrist or ophthalmologist.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if the provided prescription is expired or appears tampered with.
• All product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.

We accept standard payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets commonly used in India. Full payment is required before the manufacturing of customized prescription lenses begins.

4. Delivery and Fulfillment

Standard frames and non-prescription sunglasses are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days. Customized prescription lenses may require 5-10 business days for processing and quality control before shipping or making them available for in-store pickup.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services operating within India.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of prescription lenses, they are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has commenced. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part regarding the prescription, we will replace the lenses at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery.

Unworn frames in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to inspection by our retail staff at the Mumbai store.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
